    Governance Institutes Network International (GINI) was set up as a governance purpose organization registered under section 42 of Companies Ordinance 1984 in 2007 with its own Board of Directors and offices at House # 23, Street # 30, Sector F-8/1, Islamabad. GINI specializes in policy research, analysis, advocacy, capacity building and innovative IT solutions for governance reform at the local, national, and international levels. Our expertise and experience extends to the following focus areas: • Governance & Public Administration Education, • Local Service Delivery, • Economic Growth, • Fiscal Policy (emphasis on Public Finance and Taxation), • Gender-responsive Governance, • Conflict and Peace-Building, • Property & Land Rights, • Natural Resource Management, and • Decentralization GINI has to date successfully executed a funding portfolio of approximately USD 7.50 million with the support of the US Agency for International Development (USAID), UK Department for International Development (DFID), the Royal Norwegian Embassy, US Institute of Peace (USIP), and the International Development Research Center (IDRC). Mission To provide governance stakeholders with the knowledge, skills, and tools they need for networked, politically owned institutional revival in Pakistan and other transitional societies around the world.
